The ZING! List:
*Use it as a sandwich spread- alone, or mixed with mayo or cream cheese
*Mix it w/ sour cream & cream cheese, & serve with your favorite chips, crackers or crudités
*Heat it and serve it with crisp tortilla chips (next to a cool margarita!)
*Stir it into mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, with crumbled goat’s cheese
*Stir in into pasta w/ heavy cream, parmesan cheese, fresh tomatoes, & any seafood or meat
*Scramble eggs with it, or serve it alongside your favorite eggs or omelet
*Stir into soups and chowders…especially nice with a cream soup, such as pumpkin or potato
*Spread it onto shrimp or sea scallops, let sit for 20 minutes, and grill
*Marinate boneless chicken breasts in it, for 2-6 hours and grill
*Use it as a compliment to steak, swordfish (actually any fish), pork tenderloin, etc
*Stir it into hot popcorn
*Add a little to your favorite salad dressing before tossing the salad
*Add it to tuna, egg, chicken, or seafood salads
*Stir into rice or grains
*Enhance your favorite hummus, guacamole, or dip
