Simple Kick! Recipes
KICK! & TWIST! Baby Back Ribs
*1 rack pork baby back ribs
*1/2 cup TWIST!
*1/2 cup KICK!
*Dry Rub…
-1 T each, kosher salt & onion powder
-1/2 T each, black pepper & garlic powder
– 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-Preheat oven to 350 and spray a sheet pan (with edges).
-Place the ribs on the pan and rub all over with the mixed dry rub.
-Cover pan tightly with foil, trying to allow a little space between the foil and meat.
-bake for 2 hours.
-Uncover, and spread the meat with the KICK! & TWIST! mixed together.
-Either return to the oven and bake uncovered for another ½ hour, or move to a grill and grill them with the cover on, and flipping them, for about 10-15 minutes per side.
Slice between the bones and ENJOY!
Asian Ground Turkey & Pine Nut Lettuce Wraps
We like to serve this dish with rice, and green beans or asparagus
Serves 4
• 1 T canola oil
• 1 red or yellow pepper, cut in ½” diced
• 1 small-medium onion, cut in ½” diced
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 1 head iceberg lettuce (remove the core, separate leaves, and set aside)
• Sauce (Dissolve cornstarch into sherry, and add other ingredients. Set aside)
*1 T corn starch
*1 T sherry
*1 T soy sauce
*1/2 cup KICK!
* 1 T light vinegar, such as rice or white wine
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet or wok over medium-high heat
Add the onion and peppers to the pan, and cook, while stirring for 3 minutes
Add the ground turkey. Cook for another 10 minutes, while stirring and breaking up the meat
Stir in the sauce, and cook for 2 minutes
Stir in the pine nuts, and remove from the heat
Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with the lettuce leaves at the table, for wrapping

Asian Mango Chicken
We recommend serving this over rice, and we like basmati. We like to use 2 “champagne” or “Ataulfo” mangos when they are in season, which is typically March through July.
Serves 3-4
• 1 T canola Oil
• 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1” pieces
• 1 medium onion, cut into 1” pieces
• 1 green pepper, cut into 1” pieces
• 1 red pepper, cut into 1” pieces
• 2 small or 1 large mango, cut into ½” slices
• chopped cilantro and/or toasted slivered almonds (for garnish)
• Asian KICK sauce (Whisk corn starch into the water, and add the rest of the ingredients. Set aside)
*½ cup KICK!
*1 T corn starch
*1 T sherry
*1 T soy sauce
*3 T water
*1 tsp toasted sesame oil
Place the oil in a heavy pan or wok on medium-high
Add the peppers and onions, and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes
Add the chicken, and cook, stirring, for another 5 minutes
Add the sauce and mangos, and cook on low heat for 3 more minutes
Garnish with cilantro as desired

Sweet & Sour KICK!IN’ Chicken
Serves 4-6
This recipe yields lots of delicious sauce and is great served with basmati rice
• 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breast, cut into 1” pieces
• 2 cups pineapple, cut into 1” pieces
• 1 large red pepper, cut into 1” pieces
• 1 medium onion, cut into 1” pieces
• 8 oz jar large pimento-stuffed green olives, drained
• 3/4 cup KICK!
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 2 T lemon juice
• 2 T soy sauce
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
Coat the bottom of a large, shallow baking dish with cooking spray and place mixture inside
Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes

Meatloaf with Kick!
This is an easy “comfort food” recipe. It’s moist, flavorful, and delicious!
- 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 slices bread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c minced onions (or a combo of onions and peppers, any color)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup Kick!, divided (1/2 in meatloaf, leave 1/2 for the top)
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a loaf pan (approximately 4 1/2 x 8 1/2) with cooking spray
Place the hamburger in a bowl
Put the bread into a blender or food processor and pulse to make crumbs.
Add the bread crumbs, eggs, minced veggies, salt, pepper, and ½ cup Kick! to the hamburger
Mix well, and place into the loaf pan
Spread the remaining ½ cup Kick! on the top of the loaf
Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour

Family Favorite Pot Roast
This roast takes a long time in the oven, but only a few minutes to prep. The jar of KICK! has most of the flavor you need to make this, and lots of other meals, truly delicious. You just combine the sauce ingredients, pour it over the roast, and you’re done until dinner time! You’ll have plenty of delicious sauce for the meat and also to spoon over potatoes, noodles or rice.
- 3.5 lb Chuck Roast
- 1 cup KICK!
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup red wine
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350
Place the roast in a roasting pan that is about 2-3 inches high.
Combine all other ingredients, and pour over the roast.
Cover the pan tightly with foil (tent it a bit over the meat), and bake for 3 ½ hours.
Slice and enjoy!
Sloppy Joe
This is a fast prep dinner, and so much better than the sloppy joe mixes that are filled with sugar and food starches. Serve on your favorite buns and feel free to be creative by adding any toppings you want. I like thinly sliced kosher dills on mine, and my son likes cheese on his.
(Makes 4 sandwiches)
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pepper (any color)
- 3/4 KICK!
Put the olive oil into a heavy skillet on medium heat.
Add the onions & peppers, and cook until soft, about 5-6 minutes.
Add the hamburger, breaking up and stirring until cooked.
Add the KICK!
Heat 1-2 more minutes and serve on buns
Kick! tail Sauce
This is the easiest and yummiest cocktail sauce you’ll ever make!!!
*1/2 cup Kick!
*1 T Horseradish
*1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
That’s it! Mix it together, and serve it with chilled or fried seafood
